Electric City Auctions does not ship! You must make your own arrangements and follow these
instructions below:
Within 72 hours of winning, email Electric City Auctions (electriccityrepair@gmail.com) with:
A signed ELECTRIC CITY AUCTIONS INVOICE
A copy of DRIVERS LICENSE or Government Issued ID
PACKAGING and SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS you have made
If you do not email Electric City Auctions within 72 hours you forfeit your purchase.
Electric City Auctions encourages you to contact a Packing and Shipping Company prior to
bidding on an item. This will help you understand full scope of cost ahead of time. Remember,
shipping can be expensive so know what you’re getting into.
You may contact Unique Packaging and Shipping, give them Electric City Auctions, Auction
Name, and Lot # you are interested in as well as your location. They will provide a packing and
shipping quote and we will deliver items to them.

You may use a different Packing and Shipping Company but they must be able and willing to
retrieve your item(s) from Electric City Auctions.
Once at the shippers Electric City Auctions is not responsible for your purchase.
Electric City Auctions does not ship and has no control over costs. Electric City Auctions does
NOT refund if you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping. Please remember this before
bidding. If you do not want to pay for packaging and shipping you forfeit your purchase.
If you require shipping, please pay special attention to what you are bidding on. Some items
cannot be shipped. If you win one of these items and require shipping, you risk forfeiture of
your purchase.

LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Item Pick up will be Tuesday May 20th to Saturday May 24th from 10am to 6pm. No need to set up an appointment, just come by during those hours on those days with proof of payment for pickup. Address is 7225 Lowell Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030 and this will be provided on your invoice once you win the bid and bidding has ended. Just look for the big sign that says Electric City. If you need an alternate day, because things happen, please contact us and we can usually be pretty cool about it. If you do not contact us and do not show up for your item it will be forfeit and no refunds will be given.
IMPORTANT...Our phone is a land line, the old school kind, and we CAN NOT receive text messages. To contact us by phone you will have to dial our number and talk to us. If you do not know how to do this ask a person older than you for assistance.
All pictures are the property of Electric City Auctions and may not be used to resell your item. We sometimes use a can of Coke to show the size of an item in a picture. This does not mean that it comes with a can of Coke. We only have one and we drank it after taking pictures.
