Cash Only. No Refunds. Bring your own muscle to help carry & load large items. Large items may be picked up immediately or up until Sunday, unless special arrangements are made. We will provide some boxes and bags until they run out. If buying a vehicle a cashier's check or cash is acceptable. Open Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9am to 5pm. We suggest one go through the house and gather all the items you want on the provided empty tables and we will give you a package deal on the items you wish to buy. With furniture, one can just describe it or take a picture of it with your phone. A package deal let us sell to you at a discounted rate. There are two working, clean bathrooms for use and central air to keep us all cool, so you can take your time and not feel rushed or overstressed.
