Items must be picked up at the designated time. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned and may be returned to the client, resold, or donated.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to research the items they are purchasing. The Seller is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the descriptions of any items listed in this auction. The Buyer must conduct their own research. By placing a bid on any item, the Buyer agrees they are confident in the potential purchase they are making.
THE BUYER IS REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN LABOR TO CARRY ITEMS FROM INSIDE THE RESIDENCE TO THEIR VEHICLE. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS AND REQUIRED TIE-DOWNS, ETC.
Item Pickup Requirements: Customers picking up items must present state-issued identification and a copy of the invoice.
Third-party delivery services hired by customers to pick up items will not be approved.

Shipping: If shipping is required, Sundown Modern Vintage and Estate Sales will deliver the item(s) to the Business and Shipping Center of Southbury (203-264-2240). This is the only shipping company we use.
Bidders are responsible for arranging shipping and handling services directly with the Business and Shipping Center of Southbury and must pay them directly for all costs.
