Bids placed with Unique Antiques on Live Auctioneer's website are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to Unique Antiques, including final sale price, buyer?s premium, and all applicable taxes. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for and / or pick up the items within 30 days of the auction close. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges. Failure to pick up items or pay shipping costs will result in forfeit without refund, NO EXCEPTIONS.

A buyer's premium of 18% and Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% will be added to the final sale price. If you have a resale certificate, no tax will be charged if you provide a copy before the sale ends.

Most of the items in our auctions are antique, vintage, and used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age.
