Parking will be limited. Please be prepared to walk. There will be driving access to pick up furniture. Buyers are responsible for the moving of purchases. We can NOT assist. Must bring adequate/proper help for heavy and large items. We reserve the right to not release purchased items until proper moving help and transport is secured. NO EXCEPTIONS. We can provide a list of local movers, if needed.

Cash/carry only. No holds without payment. We are busy preparing for sale and cannot answer questions regarding items and pricing.
