New Preston Hoarder House!

This is phase ONE of a multi phase estate sale. This home is jam packed with all kinds of treasure purchased from the 70's to the 90's by an obsessed tag sale, flea market, auction shopper! The house ended up being used as a makeshift warehouse for his buying after he moved out and he filled it with all kinds of incredible items including 100's of pieces of framed artwork and paintings, antique furniture, stereo equipment, pottery, glassware, books, clothing, toys, and just generally cool stuff!

*WORD OF WARNING* Enter at your own risk! This house has no electricity and is far from clean. You enter at your own risk and we suggest bringing a flashlight and face mask. There is mouse activity, mold, dust and there are many tripping hazards. If you have mobility issues we ask that you only shop outside the house and don't go inside. Please leave the kids and pets at home, they won't be allowed inside for this sale out of concern for safety. 

No parking in the driveway. Please park responsibly on the street.

Phase one is the first level of the home only. The attic and basement are also full and will be available in future sales so watch for announcements of those sale in the weeks to come.
