ONLINE BIDDING ONLY | NO PREVIEW AVAILABLE
AUCTION DETAILS:
All items sell to the highest bidder. Bidding is online only, through our bidding platform. Lots will close in the order listed. If an item receives a bid in the final 2 minutes, bidding extends another 2 minutes to prevent sniping and keep competition fair.
PREVIEW:
There is no preview for this auction. Please read item descriptions carefully and study the photos before bidding.
SECURITY NOTE:
For security, higher-value items have been temporarily removed from the property. These items will be returned on removal day.
CONDITION & TESTING:
Items we were able to test are marked “TESTED” in their descriptions. Many condition assessments are based on observation only. If you have questions about any item, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL BEFORE BIDDING. It is your responsibility to make sure an item meets your needs before you bid.
BUYER REMOVAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All purchases must be removed by the buyer, at the buyer’s expense, on the scheduled removal date and time. The full address will be sent to winning bidders only. Adams Auctions LLC does NOT offer removal or delivery services for hire. We may be able to ship items that are the size of a shoebox or smaller, but please inquire ahead of time.
This is a residence, not a warehouse. There may be stairs, so please plan ahead. If you’re not confident moving your own items, arrange movers ahead of time. If you have no way to move an item, please do not bid on it.
Come prepared. Moving straps are highly recommended. Also bring tie-downs, tools, work gloves, dollies, hand trucks, ladders, blankets, and your own help with lifting. If an item appears installed in the listing photos, be ready to uninstall it.
No forklift on site. Plan to move all items yourself.
Do not expect staff assistance. For liability reasons, Adams partners and staff will not assist with removing unweildy purchases, and no one will be on site to help with heavy lifting or unexpected difficulties. If anyone helps you, including a fellow winning bidder, it is courteous and customary to tip them.
Power and facilities. Power is not guaranteed, so any tools you need for removal should be battery powered. There IS a restroom on site, and water is available if needed.
Parking. You will be told where to park on removal day.
Wait times. You may need to wait if another item is blocking access to your purchase.
TIMING & LATE ARRIVAL FEES:
Adams Auctions LLC representatives leave the location at the published time (3:00 PM). Please plan to pick up your items promptly.
Late arrival: If you arrive after 3:00 PM, we cannot guarantee a team member will be able to wait for you. If someone does wait, $50 per hour, billed in quarter-hour increments, will be added to your invoice.
Additional removal day: If you can’t make the scheduled removal date, you may request another day. Adams Auctions LLC must approve it before the auction closes. The fee is $150 for the first hour and $75 per hour after that, paid in cash at the time of removal. There are no exceptions to this charge.
