PLEASE REGISTER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE AUCTION!

1.AS-IS Sale

Every lot is sold "AS IS," and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Taotao Shop LLC does not guarantee the dates, signatures, origin, condition, or authenticity of any item. All measurements provided are approximate.
The bidder is solely responsible for determining the age, condition, origin, authenticity, and value of the item before placing a bid.
Taotao Shop LLC will make every effort to accurately describe items and note any defects; however, neither Taotao Shop LLC nor the consignor shall be held responsible for any errors in descriptions or estimated values.
All representations regarding gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones are not guaranteed.
Prospective bidders are encouraged to thoroughly examine all items of interest. By placing a bid (via phone, Internet, or in person), the bidder acknowledges that they have examined the items as fully as desired or have chosen not to examine them.
Any condition statement provided by Taotao Shop LLC is strictly an opinion and does not constitute a warranty. Taotao Shop LLC shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in such statements.

2.Bidding Increments

Bid increments are provided as a guideline and may be adjusted by the auctioneer at their discretion.

3.Buyer's Costs

Buyers pay $0 premium and $0 taxes on property purchased via LiveAuctioneers. However, buyers are subject to a 3-4% processing fee on the total purchase amount.

4.Bidding Options

Live Internet, phone, and absentee bidding are offered as a courtesy. Taotao Shop LLC is not responsible for Internet bids that are not transmitted, received, or executed by the system administrator.
Taotao Shop LLC is also not liable for the failure to execute absentee or phone bids.
In the event of technical issues, such as a loss of Internet connection, Taotao Shop LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or reschedule the remainder of the auction.

5.Bid Disputes

The highest bidder recognized by the auctioneer will be deemed the purchaser.
In the event of a dispute between bidders or multiple bids of the same amount submitted simultaneously by floor, Internet, absentee, or phone bidders, the auctioneer has the sole discretion to determine the successful bidder or re-offer the disputed item for sale.
In cases of a tie between an Internet bidder and a floor bidder, the floor bid will take precedence.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid deemed unacceptable or too low and may withdraw any property from the sale.

6.Announcements

Announcements made by the auctioneer during the auction take precedence over any printed or previously distributed material.

7.Transfer of Title

Upon the close of bidding on an item, title to the property immediately transfers to the successful bidder, who then assumes all risks and responsibilities, including costs for handling, shipping, insurance, and export. The buyer is liable for the full purchase price.

8.Payment Terms

All accounts must be settled within five (5) days of the auction. Buyers requiring additional time must contact Taotao Shop LLC to make arrangements.
It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange payment. Accepted payment methods include money orders, cashier?s checks, bank wire transfers (with an additional $15 wire fee), and MasterCard or Visa payments through LiveAuctioneers.
For payments made by check, Taotao Shop LLC reserves the right to hold items until the check clears and a copy of the buyer?s photo ID is received.
A service charge of $35.00 will be applied for returned checks.
If payment is not completed within the specified timeframe and no arrangements have been made, Taotao Shop LLC reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

9.Packing and Shipping

All packing and shipping are performed at the buyer?s risk and expense. Taotao Shop LLC is not responsible for issues arising during shipping.
International shipping is available; however, compliance with customs policies is the buyer's responsibility, and certain items may not be shipped overseas.
Purchased merchandise must be removed from the auction gallery within two (2) weeks of the auction. Storage of items is at the purchaser?s risk. Shipping insurance is optional and at the buyer?s discretion.

10.Acceptance of Terms

By registering for this sale and bidding on any item, all bidders agree to these Terms of Sale and enter into a legally binding contract with Taotao Shop LLC.
