Join us in NEWARK DE this upcoming Wednesday 11/19 for our latest Estate Sale! This will be a ONE DAY Sales Event! The ONLY Sale at this location! The Address will be released Wednesday morning at 7am! Find the address on this post, our website Mulrooneyestateservices.com & a new Facebook post where we will @ our followers. Once you see the address, head on over to sale and FIND KRISTINA! She'll be wearing a yellow FIND KRISTINA sweatshirt. Give her your name for a spot on The List! The List will determine the order of entry once the doors open at 8am. First customer to arrive, first to enter and so on...those who plan on arriving after 8am, simply head on into the sale. No need for List procedures. Inside the sale, many items are priced. Items that are not priced are $20 or less. Everything is first come, first served! Bring your bags and totes and collect what you want as you navigate the home. Bring extra bags  & totes! We will have holding tables for your goods so you can continue shopping hands free. Name Tape will be provided for larger pieces you can't carry. "CLAIM" the large item by taping it with your name tape. We can assist with moving and loading. If you can carry it, grab it! It may not be there on your second pass. Cash, card and venmo are acceptable forms of payments. Plenty of neighborhood parking. No holds or presales. Please consider bringing packing material for fragile items. Remember, this is a one day sales event!
