We’re excited to welcome you to our first estate sale of the fall season! This three-day OFFSITE event brings together an incredible mix of finds from more than 8 different homes — all in one location. The result? What may just be our most eclectic sale yet.

THINGS TO KNOW:

Bring Help to Carry: Bring assistance to carry larger items. All sales are final; no holds. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday, with no exceptions.

Payment: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks.

As Is: All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.

Safety: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property, especially on stairs and uneven floors.
No Food or Drinks: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the home.

Pricing: Prices are not disclosed online. All items are individually priced and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
