Shipping Terms

We have in house shipping, feel free to let us know if you want to use. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping arrangements and expenses are solely the responsibility of the buyer. In order to protect our clients, QI AUCTION requires full insurance coverage for all jewelry shipments and a written authorization (Shipping Release Form) from the buyer if someone other than the person named on the invoice will be collecting the purchased item(s).

QI AUCTION assumes no responsibility for any actions or omissions of third-party shipping vendors. Once items have left our premises, we are not liable for loss, damage, or delay under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the full value of your items.

Please Note: All items must be removed within 30 days of the auction date. A storage fee of $10 per item per day will apply beyond this period unless prior arrangements are made ? no exceptions. If items are not picked up within 45 days, QI AUCTION reserves the right to resell them without notice or refund, unless prior arrangements have been confirmed in writing.

A list of local and national shipping companies can be provided upon request. We recommend obtaining multiple quotes or using a shipping service of your choice.

Please be aware that any lots containing ivory, coral, shell, certain hardwoods, or feathers may require export permits from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service before they can be legally shipped outside the United States. QI AUCTION is not responsible for obtaining such permits, nor are we liable for any government seizure, delay, or fines that may result from non-compliance with these regulations.

All items are sold ?AS IS?, with no returns or exchanges. Many items offered are antique or vintage and may show signs of wear, age, or previous restoration not fully described in the catalog. The absence of specific condition notes does not imply that an item is in perfect condition. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or their representative to inspect and determine the condition of any item prior to bidding.

No employee, agent, or representative of QI AUCTION is authorized to make any guarantees, warranties, or representations beyond the terms stated herein.
