Final Sale: All sales are final with no returns refunds exchanges or cancellations. 5. Buyer Premium: A 24 percent buyer premium is added to the hammer price. 6. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice. Late payment may result in fees loss of bidding privileges reporting to LiveAuctioneers or collection action. 7. LiveAuctioneers Payments: No additional processing fees when using LA Payments. 8. Transfer of Title and Risk: Title transfers after full payment. Risk transfers upon payment or when the item is handed to the carrier whichever occurs first. 9. Shipping: QI Auction offers economical in house shipping. Costs vary by size weight and destination: QI Auction is not responsible for delays damage loss or carrier errors. Buyers using their own shippers must arrange pickup directly. 10. Abandonment
Items not paid within 7 days or not picked up or shipped within 30 days may be treated as abandoned. QI Auction may dispose of abandoned property without refund. 11. Taxes
Buyers must pay applicable taxes unless a valid resale certificate is provided before payment. 12. Lot Withdrawal: QI Auction may withdraw any lot at any time before or during the auction. 13. Acceptance of Terms: Registering or bidding means the buyer accepts all Terms and Conditions.
