Please be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Karmik Couture LLC. If you are the successful winning bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase the item(s) won from Karmik Couture LLC. Furthermore, a bidder acknowledges that proper and careful due diligence has been conducted prior to placing any bid, and that the bidder knowingly and willfully placed a legally binding bid. Any questions prior to bidding should be emailed to Karmik Couture LLC Customer Support (support@karmikcouture.com). Karmik Couture LLC reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the auction at any time with no liability. Furthermore, Karmik Couture LLC reserves the right to cancel or replace an order post auction if (a) it does not successfully pass and meet our quality control standards prior to shipping, (b) is no longer available because our products may be offered simultaneously on multiple platforms, or (c) it was sold in error by our Auctioneer. In the event this occurs, Karmik Couture LLC will refund the winning bidder any funds paid. The successful winning bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by our Auctioneer. Karmik Couture LLC and its Auctioneers will have final discretion in determining the winning bidder and in resolving any disputes between bidders. If any dispute arises after the sale, the Karmik Couture LLC sale record shall govern. Winning bidders must pay for the entire invoice before the items are removed from our inventory or any other online platforms. Many items are consigned to Karmik Couture LLC and may be simultaneously offered for sale on multiple online platforms. If a listed item becomes unavailable, Karmik Couture LLC will attempt to remove the item from the auction on a best efforts basis. Consequently, at Karmik Couture LLC's sole discretion, Karmik Couture LLC will provide the winning bidder with the same or similar item at no additional charge to the winning bidder, or at Karmik Couture's sole discretion, provide a refund. Buyer's Premium Each lot sold in our auction is subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) Buyer's Premium, unless specified otherwise in auction's terms. (For example: A $100 Hammer (bid) will equate to $100 Hammer + $25 Buyers Premium for a total of $125.) Reserves are a courtesy to our bidders, and to ensure flexibility during our auctions, Karmik Couture LLC does not list reserve prices. Should a bid come close to a reserve amount, Karmik Couture LLC may decide to sell the item below its set reserve. Please note, Karmik Couture LLC auctions may contain a 'Hidden Reserve'. This means that if the lot does not meet its designated reserve, the lot will either be 'passed' or; should there be existing bids on said lot, be 'sold to the floor' (meaning item was not sold). If an auction is displayed as 'No Reserve', this means that any of the lots in this specific auction do not need to reach a specified 'reserve' amount above the starting price. Items may be purchased before or after any auction for a 'buy-now' price. Please email Karmik Couture LLC Sales Team (info@karmikcouture.com) for 'buy-now' pricing inquiries. We have tried to accurately describe every item. Conditions and substantial defects that are disclosed and/or photographed are done as a courtesy to Buyer. Though care is taken to inspect items and portray them accurately, not all defects may be photographed, known, or disclosed. Buyer is aware that unless Karmik Living LLC discloses an item as brand new, items are pre-owned and that wear and defects are to be expected. Accordingly, minor defects or smells may not be disclosed, which can be expected in pre-owned or vintage items. Please review images carefully as all items are SOLD AS IS. Keep in mind that on certain monitors, photos and light may depict slight color variations. Unless specified in the lot description, the item may not come with a box, papers, dust-bags, or authenticity card/certificate. Return Policy - All items are SOLD AS IS, with all disclosed faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event an item description substantially does not match the item received, Karmik Couture LLC will provide a refund or exchange. Return or exchange requests may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from Karmik Couture LLC and must notify Karmik Couture LLC Customer Support (support@karmikcouture.com) of any discrepancies. Karmik Couture LLC expressly reserves the right to find an acceptable replacement or should replacement be unavailable, refund the Customer. Karmik Couture LLC also reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the requirements listed above. Return requests for any other reasons, contrary to the above, may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from Karmik Couture LLC and must notify Karmik Couture LLC Customer Support (info@karmikcouture.com) with an explanation, which may be approved at Karmik Couture LLC's sole discretion. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the Hammer and Buyer's Premium Invoice total. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. The Customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the item(s) they are returning. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the Customer, or they will be returned to the Customer at their cost. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded after 90 days and the winning bidder will relinquish any and all claims to these items. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by Karmik Couture LLC to the winning bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.
