* Once you select your desired date/time from the available options and have scheduled your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with the address for the sale and parking instructions. You will need to have an appointment for each day you plan to attend. You may bring others traveling in the same vehicle with you to your appointment, so please only schedule one appointment for your group.
* As a matter of policy, we do not reveal prices in advance.
* If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos, please come to the sale. We do not sell ahead of the actual sale opening and we do not "hold" items until you arrive.
* There will be no public restroom available at this sale.
* We accept Cash and Credit Cards (minimum of $10 on all credit card transactions).
* Handling and loading of heavy items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please bring adequate help to load purchases.
* We use cameras at all sales.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO refunds or exchanges. All items sold "AS IS". Please inspect all items before purchase.
LIABILITY WAIVER The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property.
