PLEASE READ: This is an estate sale by appointment ONLY, on a first come first serve basis. If there’s a specific item or items you are interested in, please contact us in advance. Appointments will be 20-30 minutes max, as this is a strict HOA., so PLEASE do not show up earlier than your appointment time. Parking is extremely limited at 1 car at a time, please be mindful of this.

More time will be allowed to move out larger items. All moving is the buyer's responsibility. We will do our best to wrap valuables, but please be prepared with your own packaging for safe transport.

We are now booking appointments starting Thursday, November 13th through Sunday, November 16th.
Exceptions will be made for serious buyers.

Cash preferred, however Zelle and Venmo will be accepted.
