We are not responsible for any accidents or parking . Please park with care do not block anybody’s driveway. There are many small items, but there are a lot of large items. We do not have movers on the premises but feel free to contact your Mover or ask us for a Mover‘s phone number all big items must be removed by Sunday after the sale. Please bring help to load the large items. This is a beautiful home and should be treated as such.
We collect sales tax unless you have with you a current Florida sale tax certificate .

We are running the sale mid week from Wednesday to Friday and then we will continue the following Sunday with a blowout day. There is so much here and it is a beautiful home.

we still have not gone through the garage or some closets so there is more to come. There’s also a lot of boxes. We haven’t unpacked it and all And we will be posting more photos as we get closer to the sale.
