Homeowner is not liable for any injury or accident while on property. It is the customers responsibility to follow all safety signs and precautions. Enter at your own risk.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED OR GIVEN.

ALL MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS BEFORE PURCHASE.

$1 ITEMS ARE NOT DISCOUNTED

No purses larger than the size of a "Wallet ", No bags, strollers or backpacks allowed inside the sale. Please leave in your car or with the cashier. NO EXCEPTIONS

No active recording devices are allowed into the sale by customers.

No discounts will be given on the 1st day of sale.

We accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle. No checks, credit cards, or debit cards will be accepted.

ALL large items must be picked up by NOON on the last day of sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Please bring the proper tools and supplies needed to move your items. You must provide your own help to load. We DO NOT load items for you.

Delivery is unavailable.

You are encouraged to bring your own boxes and packing supplies as they might not be available at every sale. You are free to pack your own purchases after payment is complete.

No pricing will be given out before the sale. No PRESELLING before the sale will be conducted.

Sale times are from 9:30am-4pm.
Video recording may be in place during the sale.

We reserve the right to remove unruly customers from the sale.
