We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards
A 7% sales tax will be charged on all purchases.
There will be a 3% transaction fee for credit card charges.
All merchandise offered "as is". It is your responsibility to inspect items you purchase. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS!

All sales are final.
Customers who purchase furniture must come equipped with the proper tools and help to move it.
Supreme Estate Sales does not provide labor for moving furniture out of the house.
Bring help and tools to load large items. Our employees will not be able to assist
We do not allow large purses or bags.
Public restrooms are not available. We appreciate your understanding!
Sorry, we do not give out prices prior to the start of our sales.
Customers assume full responsibility and liability for their safety while on premises. Supreme Estate Sales/the homeowner/their agents assume no responsibility for customers.
You may be under video surveillance while attending our sales.

Large item pickup will be after 2pm on sale days. Please make arrangements with one of our employees!
