This will be a cash only sale. We ask that you be patient at cash out as we will do our best to get you cashed out as soon as possible. Please come with the intentions to have good time.

There are some larger pieces of furniture that will require for you to have the necessary labor to remove items. If we are available, we will be gladly to help. We are not responsible for any damage to item once item is paid for.

We nor homeowner are responsible for any accidents or physical harm caused on property. You "Enter at Your Own Risk".

There will be "undercover" shoppers to help watch for theft and police will be called without announcement to potential to shop lifters as the police will be the one to confront. We know that the majority of shoppers have no intentions of stealing. However, it is important that we look out for this type of criminal behavior and ask any and all buyers / pickers to lookout for this unnecessary behavior.

To get to 2nd Floor where Unit is located, you can either use stairs or elevator in the middle of the building.

Getting into Property and Parking Information: You will need to go past a guard house before going into community. You should be able to drive through slowly without stopping….just wave at the guard (as they usually wave you through without having to stop). Please do not park in parking spaces with a number. These spots are for Residents Only. If there are spots with a “V” then those are for Visitors…which means you. Parking should be allowed along the streets as long as you do not park on bicycle lanes or where it says “No Parking”.
