ATTENTION!!! This sale is in the KingsRidge community. Please call Janet @ (321) 228-5121 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are made on a first come first serve basis. To enter KingsRidge you must come through the main entrance of South Highway 27. You will go through a guard shack where the driver must show their drivers license and give the address of the estate sale. Directional signage is not permitted within the community so you will need the address which will be published 24 hours before the start of the sale. If you use your GPS it will likely direct you to the back entrance off Hancock Road. You will not be able to get in there, that entrance is for residents only.

Nice house with lots of furniture, kitchenware, garage items, ladies clothing, shoes, handbags, costume jewelry, toiletries, linens, knickknacks, wall art, washer/dryer, refrigerator, recliner chair, high performance generator, patio furniture, electric fireplace and more.
