Don't try parking anywhere else around the home address as your car may get towed. You may park on the homes driveway if space permits. This is a set of guidelines for buyers:

1) No "pre-sales" or price information given before the sale unless otherwise stated in the listing.

2) Buyers should not block neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. No large purses or bags or boxes allowed. If you plan to buy a lot of breakables, please bring your own boxes and packing supplies.
3) Buyers are responsible for bringing help to load heavy items and must remove purchased items from the property before closing on the last day of the sale.
4) No outside sold stickers allowed. No hoarding items to review later. Buyers who decide not to purchase an item should place it back where they found it.
5) All items are sold "AS IS" and buyers are responsible for examining them before purchase.
6) Doors open at the published time.
7) Damaged items will be the buyer's responsibility.
8) No food or drinks or pets are not allowed inside the home.
9) All children must remain with their parents at all times.

SPECIAL INTEREST HISTORICAL ITEMS

This sale also includes a collection of historical 20th-century political, social, and military artifacts, including American fraternal and historical organization items dating to the 1920s, historical American segregation-era artifacts and signage from the Jim Crow period, as well as European World War II military memorabilia.

Due to the sensitive historical nature of some of these pieces, the collection is kept securely behind the counter and is available for viewing by serious historical collectors, researchers, and those with a genuine interest in preserving and studying history, upon request. No pictures will be added of these items.
