2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

One White Orchid is liquidating the contents of this magnificent 6-bedroom, 6,000 square feet estate on one of South Coral Gables’ most prestigious streets.

The furniture and decor assortment is from popular brands like Chicory and Century Furniture, and exudes classic elegance. We are selling a beautiful array of sofas, armchairs, coffee and side tables, bedroom sets and live edge wood pieces. Features include an 8-seater dining table and chairs set, an L-shaped sectional sofa, glass-top coffee tables, sideboards and buffets, a wicker armchair, bar stools and a 4-poster bed.
Featuring treasures such as geometric crystal candle holders and a gold finish mirror and lamp by John Richard, the home decor selection includes rugs, sculptures, vases, bowls and urns, as well as decorative glassware and ceramics. For flora lovers we have a fiddle leaf fig and potted green bamboo among the cheery assortment of pots, plants and planters for sale. The beautiful array of artwork in this estate comes from artists such as Britten Elizabeth, Jodi Maas, Beki Killorin, Kathleen Earthrowl, Carol McArdle, Evan Schwarze and Deborah Rubin.
The outdoor furniture assortment is by brands such as Frontgate and Pavilion, and includes an 8-seater patio dining table and chairs set, loungers and multiple seating sets in different styles with tables. We are also selling concrete benches, pots and planters.
Other sale highlights include several bicycles from brands like Trek and Fuji, and musical instruments such as a Yamaha YDP-223 digital piano, a Fender (MiM) Jazz Bass with case, an Acoustic B-100 100W bass amplifier and a Yamaha NTX5 acoustic guitar with case.
