• Bring your own help to move, lift, and load large items.
• Staff cannot assist with moving heavy items.
• Delivery may be available for an additional fee based on location.
• “You break it, you buy it” applies to all merchandise and property.

• Please respect the home and its contents.
• Entry to certain areas may be restricted for safety or security.
6. Parking & Neighborhood Courtesy
• Park responsibly and follow posted signage.
• Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or traffic flow.
• Be courteous to neighbors and fellow shoppers.
7. Line-Up & Entry Process
• We may limit the number of people in the home at one time.
• Sign-up lists or numbers may be used at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
