Pick Up Location will be Crystal River FL, 34785. Please contact Cape to Coast Auctions after payment to schedule a pick-up time. PICKUP MUST BE MADE ON TIME AS THIS IS A TIME SENSITIVE MOVE. PICKUP WILL BE AVAILABLE SUNDAY, MONDAY AND TUESDAY DEPENDING ON SCHEDULE. 

Limited Packing and shipping supplies may be available so please bring appropriate packing material for delicate items. There may not be help available with furniture so bring appropriate help if needed. Thank you.

15% Buyer's Premium (3% Discount if paying with Cash)

Payments can be made beginning after the close of the last lot, through Tuesday at 3pm est unless previously discussed and agreed upon by the Auction Company and Winning Bidder.

For all invoices over $350.00 paid with a card, a copy of the winning bidder's Driver's License or other Government issued ID will need to be presented at pickup.

ALL ITEMS ARE PURCHASED AS-IS WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND NO RETURNS. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED PICK UP DAY(S) UNLESS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON BY THE AUCTION COMPANY AND WINNING BIDDER, OR THEY ARE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE AND BECOME PROPERTY OF CAPE TO COAST AUCTIONS, LLC.
