-We do not hold items. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale. Larger items and multitudes of items subject to presale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.
-Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases. IF TIME ALLOWS, a separate pick-up time may be arranged (after payment).

Historical Defuniak Springs Lake Yard Estate Sale
June 19, 20 and 21 from 9-2pm
If you’re thinking about coming, stop thinking and do it! You definitely don’t want to miss this historical home located right near Lake Defuniak in downtown Defuniak Springs! This is sure to be an epic sale!!
You will be entering the front and exiting the rear. There will be no purses allowed. Only shopping bags. Bring help to load larger items! Larger items can be sold presale, so if you’re interested, let me know! If purchasing furniture at this sale or something harder to move, another day may be assigned for pickup.
As always, I like to let my pictures tell the story, but here’s a peak into what’s here. That would be everything! Most people collect one particular thing….this woman did not! She collected anything and everything and my, did she have good taste!
At this amazing, historical home, you will find antique clocks galore! Antique everything! Candle holders, Crystal dishes/glasses, unique glass, DVDs, autographed Elvis memorabilia, beautiful furniture, knick-knacks, vases, tables, Christmas decor, Corningware, Tupperware, kitchenware, tools, gardening items, outdoor items, fine art, pottery, collectible plates, heaters, cleaning supplies, office supplies, wall decor, lamps, RFK magazines and too much more to list!
Come out and see us at this historical home. Enjoy the Farmer’s Market in town and show them some love! They usually have fresh produce, baked goods, coffee and all kinds of goodies.
We start at 9 and may be limiting customers to a minimum number at a time. Just a heads up!
