-We do not hold items. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale. Larger items and multitudes of items subject to presale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.

One Block to the Lake Yard DeFuniak Springs Estate Sale
July 25 and 26 from 9-2pm!
This is a two day sale where items are priced to move! This one has something for everyone! This home has multiple rooms in addition to two outside garages. This home belonged to prominent members of DeFuniak Springs. I’m sure a lot of you knew them.
Setting this estate up has been interesting to say the least. There are some really cool finds at this one!!
Antique Furniture, Books, Song Books, Record Players, BB Gun, Florida Gators memorabilia, shelves, fine art, Pyrex, Corelle, Fiesta Ware, Crock Pots, Vinyl Records, Full and Queen beds, games, clothing, screws, computer equipment and a lot more! Come see for yourself!
The ladies will find all sorts of items inside from clothes to knick-knacks, Pyrex to Christmas items and so much more.
Fellas will have a time with the table saws, smoker, dry wall lift, shop tables, pressure washers and tools!
You can get a better understanding of what is there from the pictures! I let them tell the story!
Larger items subject to pre-sale! We start at 9am!

I believe the Farmer’s Market is on Saturday. Hit up our friends downtown, support local businesses and enjoy some great produce, handmade goods and a friendly community!
