-YOU are responsible for moving, lifting & loading any items you purchase. Bring your own muscle AND any tools needed.
-All purchased items must be removed from home by close of last sale day.
-All Sales are Final, no returns. All items sold as-is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. -We do NOT give out prices NOR hold any items outside of sale hours.
-NO large bags/totes/backpacks/strollers to shop~~nothing larger than a fanny pack size.
-Sales tax will be charged, on each item, per state law.
-Re-Sellers~~ MUST present a PRINTED copy of CURRENT certificate with legible Registration #.
-There are NO restrooms available to the public-please plan accordingly. Remember, we are in someone's private home.
