Parking is on the side of the road where the house is located. Allow the flow of traffic. Do not park on grass. Be mindful of others' properties.

This is only a two day sale. All items will be marked at full price the first day with no negotiation. Second day of sale. All items will be at a reduced price of half off and no lower.

Home has many furnishings priced very fairly. Some clothing to choose from. Framed art work and decorative mirrors will be on display as well. Wide variety of day to day kitchen items available.

There is a washer/dryer set as well.
It has been garage kept for use. So there is rust and stains on both items. They will be sold as a set or sold separately if needed. Both are in working condition.

Plenty of various garage items tool related to choose from. Many non complete sets and a lot of misalliance items as well.

One riding mower in good condition. Non running ( dead battery).

Another riding mower on property as well. Looks to definitely not be in running condition. But may be bought for parts or scarp etc.
