Cash and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. We require a $25 minimum along with a 3% convenience fee on all credit card purchases.
As required by Florida Law, we charge sales tax, which is added to all purchases, unless you bring a copy of your current Florida Resale Certificate for our records.
All items are sold AS-IS, and all sales are FINAL! Please inspect all items before purchasing as there are NO refunds or exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: The sale is behind the house in basement so DO NOT go to front door. Signs will be posted.
This is not our normal full house sale. Owner was motorcycle and car enthusiast so we have all items for sale in the garages in the lower basement.
