The ‘Pennybaker’ Estate, located in the Aurora Neighborhood of Hammock Bay.

This neighborhood is off of West Bay Loop in Freeport, FL.

Friday and Saturday, March 10 and 11 from 9-2am

The Hammock Bay community yard sale will be happening Saturday I believe, so come on out!

This estate starts with a fully functioning small business, “Miss Myla’s Treasures.” Offering top of the line, eco-friendly cutting boards and utensils that are antibacterial, mildew resistant, heat resistant and dishwasher safe. From the actual product to the marketing brochures, you can turn around and start earning tomorrow.

This beautiful estate also offers very clean, mostly modern items.

TVs, nice furniture, kitchenware, glassware, plants, mirrors, rugs, Christmas items, custom Zebra wood dining table, men’s/women’s clothes(sizes in pictures) and a lot more outside. You can find collapsible chairs, coolers, tools, shelving, cornhole sets and much more! This is a guys and gals sale.
