Day 2: Saturday, April 25, 2026 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Day 3: Sunday, April 26, 2026 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

First come, first served. We do not offer any warranty. All sales are final, and items are sold “as is.”

We’ve represented our items as accurately as possible and in good faith. If you have questions, please ask. We are happy and eager to help!

No large bags, food, or drinks, and please no pets.

The property owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please take care as you move throughout the home, and please be respectful of the property.

We reserve the right to ask any buyer to leave if they are disruptive to the sale. If there are any disputes between buyers, the final decision rests with our family.

All items purchased must be removed from the property by the end of the sale on Sunday at 5:00 pm.

Please bring help to move larger items. We cannot load or lift.

Limited boxes, bags, and packing material available. If you plan to buy breakables, please bring extra bubble wrap in case we run out.

We prefer cash for all purchases. We also accept CashApp and PayPal, but only for purchases over $100.
