4. We have the right to limit the number of shoppers in the home at any given time.
- We have the right to refuse admittance to any shopper.
- We have the right to remove any shopper.
5. All info posted the day of the sale, outside home, will prevail over previously written or advertised information.
6. Sales will NOT have public bathroom available. Please plan accordingly.
7. Florida sales tax for the appropriate county will be collected unless you have a valid reseller's cert. with you or on file with us.
8. You are at your own RISK inside home and on the property! You are responsible for any damage you cause to the home or property and could be held liable by the owners for such damage.
9. We will prosecute anyone we find stealing/shoplifting! Switching tags, removing tags, hiding items inside paid for items and other deceptive methods are ALL forms of stealing!
10. We know accidents happen, however if you break something, we will ask you to purchase the damaged item.

Phenomenal Sale - "Out of Africa"......by Plane, by Boat?!
Join us for this phenomenal sale featuring some very unique and authentic items! The estate owners were both Foreign Service Officers in various countries (mainly in Africa) in the 1960's-80's.
Many of their pcs. are museum quality and have been appraised throughout the years. They have beautiful gold jewelry pcs. from their travels, many 18k gold plus emeralds from Colombia!
They have mid century furniture pcs. from their time spent in DC in the 60's, earlier 70's (SCAN teak) and some stunning generational antique pcs. from their parents and grandparents. The Stickley furniture is late 20th century but still exudes timeless quality expected from the brand.
There are many ship and plane models created by hand, crafted wood cabinets and art items too....don't miss the needlepoint!
Framed art (maps/other) and memorabilia reflect their life's work and interests.
