We prefer cash purchases but should you need to use a card, a 3% surcharge will be applied.

I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore, I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.

Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase.

There will be no public restrooms available at this sale.

Lastly, I don’t want to put this but I need to. We are inviting you into the home of our client. We ask that you be respectful of the home, the neighbors, my helpers and myself. If you do not, you will be asked to leave so please conduct yourself accordingly.

The main estate sale has been rescheduled until Next Thursday, Friday and Saturday. (12, 13, 14) Military items that do not sale at by appointment only sale will still be available at the next weekend. No other items will be available for sale during the military by appointment only sale.

Top gun! This home is full of wonderful Navy fighter pilot items. Model planes, great art, attire, books and so much more. If you are into military aviation or a collector, this Top Gun collection is for you.

Please note the higher priced items will be in the living room behind the check out table. I will only be letting a couple people in that area at a time. And I may limit the number of people I let in the home as well. There will be hood baskets between that room and the dinning room.

In addition to the Navy items we have two sets of great solid wood bedroom furniture, nice dinning room table with matching hutch, awesome asian inspired carved pieces (chest, coffee table, nesting tables) Some trunks, chairs, a sofa, desk and more.

There is a lot of kitchen items and loads of decor glass, statues, bird houses and flowers. There is so much! I will keep adding pictures up until the sale. Will be there everyday working hard to get it ready so keep checking back.
