All items are to be paid for before removal. Please bring help to load larger items. Buyers are responsible for removing all purchases. We will be available for dismantling and pickup during the sale, and the week of September 22-26. We will not allow any materials or items to be removed that will compromise the comfort, safety or security of the house until the end. eg. Exterior Doors and Windows, AC Units, electrical panel box, etc., until September 25 or 26. All sales are final, regardless of your success or timing. Attendees and Buyers assume all risks.
