We prefer cash purchases but should you need to use a card, a 3% surcharge will be applied.

I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore, I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.

Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase.

Beautiful Corvette offered in this sale. It’s a 2002 with only 36,000 miles. Original rag top. Owner is asking $20,000.00 but we will entertain written offers up until 3.00 pm on Saturday the 23rd unless we receive full offer. If still there after the sale, I will present all offers received to owner for his consideration. Should he accept, you will be notified and arrangements will be made for payment and pick up. It will be there during the sale but if interested, you must make arrangements to see outside of sale hours by calling Betsy at 321-537-5129 between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Also, offered in this sale is about 60 pieces of artwork. Home decor items. So many butterfly and bunny items you won’t believe it. Linens, kitchen, bath and bedding. Very nice furniture pieces, such as curios, dressers, entertainment center, occasional chairs, bomba chest, three bar stools, recliner, sofa table, beautiful oak roll top desk, lamps, candles out the ying yang. Kitchen items, Christmas items. Patio furniture. Plants, shelving, bicycle, some yard tools, and regular tools.

A LOT …. Calling all my little women. You do not want to miss this sale. So many cloths new with tags. Tons of shirts, both dressy and casual, cute dresses, so many leggings. Sweaters…. so many we had to put overflow in a tote. They are all mostly x-small, small and medium and some petites. Shoes are also small, sizes 5 and 5 1/2. Some very nice like new shoes and boots. There are men’s cloths and shoes too. Mens cloths are large and x-large.
