This sale is in a townhome in the Villages of San Jose. Everything must go and everything is priced to go fast. There are a mix of fantastic items in this sale. The owner of the condo is a designer and furnishes model homes for builders. Many of the pieces came from model homes and are in new condition. There are also antiques, vintage pieces and nice china sets, dishes, glasses, cookware, kitchen appliances, utensils and linens.

Sofas, coffee tables, end tables, lamps, two rattan wingback chairs, antique round dining table, zinc-top round dining table, beautiful large executive desk by Stanley Furniture, Alexander Julian secretary, vintage black buffet/sideboard, four wicker dining chairs, a club chair, Pottery Barn stools (both counter and bar height), two large screen TVs, artwork, rugs, and tons of home accessories. Quite a bit of Christmas, Luau, party supplies, books, linens and camping items. There is a dry erase children’s table with custom upholstered benches on wheels. There are lots of dishes including two or three sets of pristine condition china. Mikasa Ultrastone, Pfaltzgraff Naturewood, Villeroy & Boch, Waterford, Noritake and vintage Libbey Glass company goblets. Vintage clay chalice goblets and matching covered baking dish. A leather coat with mink lining trim and new with tags handbags. Tons of costume jewelry.
