Please bring help to load large items if you are able. We will have a dolly and lifting straps on hand to assist, and depending on how busy it is, we *may* even be able to help load some items. We are not, however, responsible for accidents or injuries.

Cash is welcome and preferred, but most apps are also accepted, including PayPal / Venmo / Zelle / CashApp and you can even use Afterpay to pay through Square!

Since this is the estate of a personal family member, we do reserve the right to pull items from the sale, BUT will be sure to update the sale post and pictures if any changes occur.

Lastly, since this is a private sale held by individuals, we do not have a corporate policy that prohibits pre-sales, so we will be allowing them up until a few days prior to the sale. Please feel free to email with any specific questions or offers and we will try our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Contents of lovely home in Settler's Landing. The home has changed hands and is occupied by the new owners, but has stayed within the family. As a result, we are offering an eclectic mix of new and old, but some rooms will be blocked off.
