WE ARE PRE-SELLING ALL FURNITURE ITEMS, THE FRIDGE, and TVs!

Please remember, we accept ONLY CASH for all items.

Please look at the pictures in our advertisement - the dimensions of the furniture and prices are listed at the bottom of the pictures. A list of some of the items is listed at the bottom of this email.

This Estate Sale will begin THURSDAY, JULY 10th  –  8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

If you have something in mind you want to purchase – come EARLY!

THERE IS LOTS OF ON-THE-STREET PARKING!  We ask that you do NOT park in the driveway – although you are welcome to drop off a passenger for their convenience.

Please do not bring large purses or shopping bags with you to the sale - we will provide baskets to assist you in shopping.

We welcome you to shop and we will provide holding areas for you to place your items and continue shopping!

We will have boxes and packing materials onsite – because we want you to have a great shopping experience!  

Please plan to pick up large items purchased by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 19th - unless you have made a previous arrangement with the sellers.

We will have NOT man-power available to load your furniture – please BRING YOUR OWN "LOADERS."

All items are "AS IS" and "AS FOUND" – all sales are final - No returns, refunds, or charge backs.

We have done our best to point out any possible flaws - but please remember to examine all items before bringing them to the check-out table.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL - the seller is not responsible for accidents.

This will be a great sale for Treasure Hunters who are looking for Antique, Vintage and Newer Items!   There is something for everyone - men and women!  Come find an Amazing Treasure!  

We will place Estate Sale signs at large intersections – and at the entrance to the sale – but it would be best to use your GPS to find us!

You will be VERY HAPPY with the items in this NICE AND CLEAN AND TIDY sale!

Doors will open promptly at 8:00 a.m., we will not open early.
