The sale begins at the published hour. We accept cash and credit cards (for purchases over $50). Please park with consideration. We are happy to assist customers with small items as time and availability permits, but buyers should bring loading help and appropriate vehicles for larger items. Any damage incurred moving large items are the responsibility of the buyer. When purchasing large items, ask a staff member to mark it sold and hold onto the tag. In confined spaces, we will limit entry to a certain number of shoppers at one time. Please treat the sale items, property and neighborhood with respect and park with consideration. In person sales are our first priority. If you cannot attend and wish to ask about a particular item, please email estatesalesinthekeys@gmail.com. The subject line must describe the piece you are interested in and you must make a bid for the item. If the item remains after the in-person sale concludes, we will be happy to discuss a sale.

After you’ve caught your lobster limit, come on over to Sara’s Estate Sale at a WATERFRONT MANSION in KEY COLONY BEACH in the heart of the Florida Keys. Sale is Friday, Aug. 8 and Saturday, Aug. 9 from 9a to 1p both days. Follow the signs (turn off the highway at Sadowski Causeway) and park across the street at Sunset Park.

 

This house is Caribbean Plantation all the way with high quality bedroom and dining furniture and pops of fun like super comfy and high-end home theatre seating and an outdoor shuffleboard table!

 

Home Decorators Collection outdoor convertible shuffleboard table with eight (8) chairs. The table can be closed for dining or open for play. Measures 9’9” long and 26” high. Open the table measures 56” wide and closed it measures 35” wide. It’s a super cool party piece for the outdoor living area.

 

Ernest Hemingway Collection by Thomasville king size bedroom set (4 pieces) in great condition. The king-size bed frame features rattan headboard and footboard with super cool pewter accents newels. Two dressers feature the same pewter accent claw feet and black stone dresser tops. Another dresser, same Collection, features wood inlay detail. In addition, there is an Ernest Hemingway Collection by Thomasville rattan armoire (tall, like 7 feet!) with the same pewter accents.

 

Home theatre seating priced really, really well. Five (5) forest green chairs (3 recline) all feature wooden cup holders on both sides. Actually, not that heavy, plus seats come apart into two pieces easily.

 

There is a virtual FOREST of faux and silk plants. Seriously, like more than 100 pieces! Some top 7 feet and include planter or basket bases. Selling palm trees, ginger, dieffenbachia, bamboo, topiary, fishtale palm and flower arrangements suitable for the tropics and beyond. Easy way to add green and color to your home. (We also have the raw faux and silk ingredients to create your own arrangements.)
