The sale begins at the published hour. We accept cash and credit cards (for purchases over $50). Please park with consideration. We are happy to assist customers with small items as time and availability permits, but buyers should bring loading help and appropriate vehicles for larger items. Any damage incurred moving large items are the responsibility of the buyer. When purchasing large items, ask a staff member to mark it sold and hold onto the tag. In confined spaces, we will limit entry to a certain number of shoppers at one time. Please treat the sale items, property and neighborhood with respect and park with consideration. In person sales are our first priority. If you cannot attend and wish to ask about a particular item, please email estatesalesinthekeys@gmail.com. The subject line must describe the piece you are interested in and you must make a bid for the item. If the item remains after the in-person sale concludes, we will be happy to discuss a sale.

SARA’S ESTATE SALE at Oceanside Upper Keys Waterfront estate featuring curated collection of designer furniture, décor, tools & toys.

Sale is Fri, May 30 and Sat, May 31 from 9a to 1p, both days at 374 Bahia Ave., Key Largo (turn on Laguna Avenue and follow signs).

Stars of the show are leather Robb & Stuckey couch, armchair & ottoman set with down-filled cushions and 3 pieces of beautiful French crystal centerpieces (Baccarat), Florida-style wicker sectional. Plus matching recliners and sweet, round dining table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen is stocked with top of the line brands – Mikasa, Reidel, Breville, Reed & Barton – dishes, glasses, small appliances and flatware.

Look for 3 large, brand name square coffee tables, end tables, lamps & more. Art features Florida artists, scenes and a highwayman-like statement piece. Selling quality costume jewelry by Brighton, Christian Dior.
