3. You are buying "WHERE IS" - Once you buy an item/(s) it becomes your property and you are responsible for moving/lifting it. In most cases we can't provide moving/lifting help. We will have phone numbers of local movers you can contact.
4. We have the right to limit the number of shoppers in the home at any given time.
- We have the right to refuse admittance to any shopper.
- We have the right to remove any shopper.
5. All info posted the day of the sale, outside home, will prevail over previously written or advertised information.
6. Sales will NOT have public bathroom available. Please plan accordingly.
7. Florida sales tax for the appropriate county will be collected unless you have a valid reseller's cert. with you or on file with us.
8. You are at your own RISK inside home and on the property! You are responsible for any damage you cause to the home or property and could be held liable by the owners for such damage.
9. We will prosecute anyone we find stealing/shoplifting! Switching tags, removing tags, hiding items inside paid for items and other deceptive methods are ALL forms of stealing!
10. We know accidents happen, however if you break something, we will ask you to purchase the damaged item.

Important INFO:
- Approximately 3.5 miles from the I-75 Lake City exit at US90.
- Guns purchased at the sale will be transferred by FFL - JW Weaponry in Lake City, as of now fee is $20 per firearm, $10 ea additional with one time $5.50 background check (Gainesville transfer can be accommodated also, fee is a bit higher). No firearm will be given to buyer at time of purchase. More info on times for pickup and other terms will be announced here soon and at the sale.
- Thursday and Friday will be FULL price days, discounts on remaining days of sale.
- We will NOT pre-sell any item
- We will NOT have time to answer questions about item pricing
- There will be NO signup list, line up at the door (except for the guns, list will follow the lineup at the door for those who want access to the gun room)
- We will limit the number of shoppers at a given time, amount TBD
