Everyone must be kind and respectful of others and especially the estate sale hosts. Shop at your own risk. Must bring help to load large and purchased items. No Deliveries. Items purchased must be picked up by the sale's end or forfeited back to the estate. Cash preferred. No early birds permitted. This is a 3 day sale, Saturday & Sunday are deal days for all shoppers. NO HOLDS and purchased items MUST be paid in full to hold until end of sale for pick up.
