This ad is for the onsite Estate Sale, it is not an online sale for individual items. First come first serve on posted event dates and times, no holds or presales.
The estate representative has the right to pull any item at any time.
We make every effort to price items at fair market value. We do not mark items high in an effort to have negotiating room or come down. On higher priced items we will consider fair offers.
What is not sold by Sunday morning at 9:00 AM will be reduced to 50% off when doors open at 9 AM SUNDAY, with the exception of a few items that the owners are not willing to let go at 50% off.

Please respect the neighbors and do not park in neighbor driveways. There is no street parking on this street.
We do not tolerate difficult or verbally combative/abusive customers. We will refuse service and ask those to leave. All Luka Blue LLC employees are aware of our polices and empowered to make a decision on terminating a customer relationship at any time on the property.

I have the honor of representing the Estate of Ed and Bonnie Koon. Ed Koon was a longtime pharmacist at Watson Clinic, and Bonnie was a devoted homemaker who was very active in her church and community.
This estate is filled with a wonderful variety of quality household items and furnishings. Highlights include multiple dining room tables—among them a beautiful Mid-Century table with six chairs and an early American maple table with a matching hutch—along with couches, chairs, side tables, and end tables. The kitchen is well stocked with items such as a bread maker, coffee maker, vintage Pyrex bowls, pots and pans, cookware, serving dishes, silverware, and complete drinking glass sets.
You’ll also find lovely china and serving ware from France, Germany, England, Italy, Japan, and other countries, along with crystal, pressed and etched glass, collector plates, hammered aluminum pieces, depression glass, McCoy pitchers, Fostoria glass, Fenton pieces, and many antique items.
Additional features include three TVs, a large white sofa, two beautiful living room chairs, a stunning grandfather clock in excellent condition, abundant linens including handmade quilts, two cedar hope chests, and an absolutely gorgeous Mid-Century queen bedroom set by Drexel. There are many lamps and wall art pieces, including several professionally framed paintings created by Ed Koon himself.
Other items include a nice upright piano, elegant serving ware and glass sets featuring the “RX” pharmacy symbol, china cabinets, a curio cabinet, a large white wicker furniture set, a Maytag washer and dryer, vintage and newer costume jewelry, and a large selection of ladies’ clothing and jackets, including some higher-end pieces.
There truly are too many items to list. Please be sure to view all photos, as more will be added throughout the week. We also still have items to bring out from the garage and shed.
