- We prefer CASH to keep your cost down!!! Also, we accept; All Major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal (which all includes a 3% fee). No checks.
- Check your items carefully before purchasing.
- You break it you buy it.
- All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
-Bring your muscles, tools, and help to load your items. We do not have the manpower to help remove items. All heavy items have to be picked up one hour before the end of the sale day.
- We reserve the right to open the sale before the posted start time.
- First come, first served!! We do not use list or number tickets. The waiting line must monitor itself.

I have assisted my client twice in the past. They have downsized and moved into a furnished townhome. The furniture in the townhome is what is being sold.
