By registering and bidding in this auction, all bidders agree to the following terms:
1. Registration & Bidding
All bidders must be registered and approved prior to bidding. Gulf Coast Auction Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke bidding privileges at its sole discretion.
2. Buyers Premium
A 20% buyers premium will be added to the final hammer price of each lot.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full within 2 days of auction close. Accepted payment methods include credit card, wire transfer, cash, or certified funds. Gulf Coast Auction Company reserves the right to charge the card on file.
Unpaid invoices may be canceled and the items resold.
4. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be applied unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to payment.
5. Shipping & Handling
Gulf Coast Auction Company does provide in house shipping for most items. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the invoice or billed separately.
We aim to process shipments in a timely manner; however, due to auction volume, please allow reasonable handling time. All items will be packaged with care, but Gulf Coast Auction Company is not responsible for damage once items are in the possession of the carrier.
6. Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only within 7 days of auction close. Items not removed within this timeframe may incur storage fees.
7. Condition of Items
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
Many items are vintage and/or New Old Stock (NOS) and may show shelf wear, aging, or package imperfections. Some kits may have been opened or may be incomplete. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos and asking questions prior to bidding.
8. Descriptions & Authenticity
Descriptions are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Gulf Coast Auction Company makes no warranties regarding condition, completeness, or authenticity.
9. Bidding & Disputes
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, set increments, and resolve any disputes. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer?s decision is final.
10. Default / Non-Payment
Failure to pay may result in:
Cancellation of the sale
Suspension or permanent banning from future auctions
Reporting to LiveAuctioneers
Legal action if necessary
