We were asked to liquidate the estate of a Tampa family whose Mother was well let’s just say a bit of a hoarder of home restoration and decorator items. Unfortunately, as she got older her home became in such disrepair and her dreams of restoring her historic home in Hyde park just never could get done and because of the condition of the home, we couldn’t have the estate sale there so, we spent 3 weeks packing everything she had collected over 30 years and moved it to our warehouse in St. Pete for a crazy packed 4 day estate sale..

When I say Restoration Hardware I don’t mean that fancy store that sells expensive reproductions.  I mean authentic antique hardware, door knobs, handles, latches, hinges, light fixtures, prisms,  the likes of which we’ve never seen, this is the most amazing collection of home restoration items and decorative items we’ve had the pleasure of selling in years…

Plus tons of antiques including porcelain figurines, clocks, lighting, art work and frames, tons of architectural salvage items and just cool and bizarre items to boot, including the most amazing Metal dragon and a few other dragons, what can I say she liked dragons and mystical items there are some super cool items.. Outside we have tons, of regular tools, hardware, house items, home decor, more art, stained glass panels, home electronics, vintage video consoles and games, more hardware and salvage tons of CD’s and DVD’s, books, tons of new linen sets new from home goods and pier one, dish sets, kitchen items, clothing including lots of women’s Ralph Lauren, outdoor garden items including an amazing contemporary outdoor fountain, grills including never used Acorn grill (green egg style), outdoor furniture and decor and the list goes on and on and on.. oh did I mention a brand new in the box Husky Tools box with Led lighting and I almost forgot more home depot buckets than you can shake a stick at..

Remember it’s a  4 day sale starting on Thursday and ending Sunday 8:30-4 all 4 days as per our regular estate sales prices are somewhat negotiable on day one for bulk purchases, 25% off Day 2 50% off Day 3 and Sunday 50% or more on many items..
