We collect sales tax on all sales, if you are a dealer / re-seller we will need a re-sale certificate for our books, so please bring current re-sale certificate from Florida. There is a 3% charge on credit card sales.
We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the house for safety reasons.
All sales are Final so please check your items before you purchase, please be considerate of others, and do not block driveways. We do not deliver furniture, so please be prepared to handle your purchases accordingly. We do not give out pricing before the sale, and we do not hold items.
