All Sales Are Final – All items are sold AS-IS, with no warranties or guarantees. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, exchanges, or exceptions.
Behavior – Estate Sale Sisters of Brevard and its staff reserve the right to ask anyone causing issues to leave immediately.
Payment – A small processing fee will be added to all non-cash transactions to help cover labor and processing expenses.
Sales Tax – Sales tax is collected on all applicable purchases.

We are excited to welcome you to our upcoming estate sale! This home is filled with beautiful treasures waiting for their next chapter.
**Important Notes for Entry & Parking (please read carefully):
Upon arrival, please only provide the guard at the gate with the property address.
*Please Do not mention “estate sale” at the gate.
This is a private HOA community – please help us be respectful to all residents.
*Please Do Not block driveways.
*Please Do Not park in a way that prevents vehicles from passing through the road.
*Please DO show extra courtesy while visiting so we do not disrupt or upset any members of this community.
Your patience and kindness will help make this one of a kind event smooth and successful for everyone involved.

*While we are happy to consider reasonable offers, please understand that prices have already been deeply reduced to make items go. We kindly ask that you do not nickel-and-dime over items that are just a dollar or two. Our goal is to help this family, and we appreciate your assistance and kindness in making that happen.
