2. The sale space is tight, as is parking! Please make an appointment for the sale on Friday.
3. Presales are available. If you see something you want, you can buy it and come pick it up by Saturday. Contact me via text or email for payment arrangements. I will not hold items without full payment.
4. I will do my best to update the pictures on site with new items as we are still cleaning up and organizing. If something is sold, it will be removed from the listing, if its up, it SHOULD still be available.
5. While most items in the sale are small, there is no staffing available for carrying items out. You are responsible for loading your items.
6. Many items for sale are fragile. We will do our best to provide bags but please bring your own bubble wrap or newsprint.

This is the first private sale this individual/company has listed this year.

For those that do not know us, we were estate liquidators and have shifted our business model to focus on antiques and interior design. We are now moving to a bigger warehouse/showroom but still have lots of items from our estate liquidation days that we are looking to sell. Most items are vintage or antique items for the home - including some furniture, artwork, collectibles, figurines, Limoges, Bavaria, Rosenthal, Tiffany, Lenox, Andy Warhol, lamps, chandeliers, fun costume jewelry, books, and more. The items pictured are not all we have, we are opening boxes and bringing stuff out! Sorry, there are no tools, watches, fishing gear, or records but you are still welcome to come and browse - there are lots of goodies for everyone.

Please make an appointment for Friday as space and parking are limited!

If you are interested in an item, you can prepay it and we'll hold it for you until Saturday afternoon. No holds without payment.
