2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

This estate sale is absolutely brimming with treasures. A huge assortment with something for everyone. To give you an idea of just how much inventory is for sale please check out our nearly 800 photos below! And we will be uploading more photos and details while we set up, so please keep checking back.
Sale highlights include a Gottlieb’s ‘Happy Days’ pinball machine from the 1950s and signed works by internationally celebrated Florida photographer, Clyde Butcher.
Collectors will not want to miss the impressive haul of collectibles we are offering for sale, which includes aviation and sports memorabilia, currency and stamps collections, a collection of news publications headlining major historical events, collections of toys, models and games, as well as Christmas and religious pieces.
Among the electronics for sale are an Apple iPhone, Mac and Watch, as well as speakers, a Canon multi-function printer and flat screen TVs. We also have vintage cameras, office furniture and equipment, books and an enormous collection of vinyl records, which includes classic albums and soundtracks.
We have a charming selection of furniture for sale as well as a huge array of home decor and art to suit every taste. We also have plenty for your outdoor living space, including wicker furniture, pots, planters and yard art.
We are also selling clothes and jewelry, garage items (including a Champion Tri Fuel generator), dinnerware, flatware, kitchenware, glassware, mini appliances and much much more!
